New! Parent & Me Yoga

Fridays 12:30-1:00Starting Friday October 4th! Join toddler & yoga guru, Jacqui for Parent and Me Yoga starting in October. Class offers both parent and child an opportunity to bond over the practice of yoga. We will focus on breath and movement beginner asanas (poses) and practicing body awareness. We will end each practice with light meditation and some natural essential oils for calming.
